The 2015 Peterborough Dragon Boat Festival will take place on June 13th on Little Lake, with all proceeds going to help the Peterborough Regional Health Centre’s mammography program. The Dragon Boat Festival will be celebrating it’s 15th anniversary and to date has raised over $2.6 million towards cancer treatment in Peterborough. This year, the festival aims to have 80 community teams participating in various divisions and categories. This year will continue to feature an expanded junior division and a bonus sprint race for the first 8 teams reaching $2,015 in pledges.
