One of Canada’s most hard-working and prolific blues guitarists David Gogo will be performing at Peterborough Musicfest on August 1st. David has amassed a worldwide fan base and a litany of accolades including five JUNO nominations and 16 Maple Blues Awards Nominations (2 wins). He has shared the stage with Johnny Winter, Otis Rush, Albert Collins and Bo Diddley as well as opened for George Thorogood, ZZ Top, The Tragically Hip, Buddy Guy, Little Feat, and Jimmy Vaughan. Gogo has released 13 albums to date, the most recent, Come On Down was written after taking a pilgrimage along the “Blues Trail” from Memphis to Alabama.
